The season is up in the air. Who knows if there will be sports?
Imagine being an upcoming senior athlete.
I was so excited for this upcoming athletic season. So many ideas about how to turn more games into art. I had an entire plan laid out and just like THAT we’re in the dark. So what I’ve decided to do now is JUST BE THERE. Where is there? There is anywhere. I just want to be a source of light to any young athlete young person trying to make it through these uncertain times. As an adult, we can sometimes get wrapped up in LIFE and forget that we were once that age, and the only thing that mattered was being able to hoop. I miss those days sometimes. So, I would hate for someone to never even get the opportunity to have those days to miss.
Just make sure, no matter what, you find a way to get in a gym or to an outdoor court. I’m going to say that again for the people in the back. Just make sure, no matter what, you find a way to get in a gym or to an outdoor court!
